We needed an accommodation after the wedding of our friend, John, in Laiya, San Juan, Batangas because we don’t have a reserved room in their venue of wedding. We were able to book in Rose Villas in Lipa City, which is 2 hours drive away from San Juan.
Rose Villas is located in Lipa City, Batangas. It is best to go there in your own vehicle. But if you’re going to use a public transportation, from Cubao or Pasay, ride a bus going to SM City Lipa or Tambo Exit in Lipa City. Then ride a jeep going to City Proper, Bayan, or Palengke and alight near the cathedral. From there, you can ride a tricycle going to Rose Villas.
The resort has a pretty reception which looks like a club house of an executive subdivision. It is just their reception area, they have separate area for functions and events. You can have a photoop to their tipi tent which is a pretty aesthetic for your Instagram feed. I love the note that they have provided, it makes you feel very important and makes the resort very soshal!
A night costs ₱3,722.29 good for 2 persons, you can add a bed ₱700. The room can accommodate up to 5 persons with two extra beds. The queen-size bed can fit up to three persons, hindi masyadong siksikan. They also have free breakfast, inclusive to the extra bed you pay. They only have around 6 rooms, which give you an exclusive feels to the resort. That’s why, the price is already sulit for your staycation.
They offer an infinity pool which is very picturesque during day time. You may be able to use the pool exclusive to your group because they don’t have a lot of guests as said earlier, they only have around 6 rooms. Pak na pak para sa awra photos mo. Ang saya-saya maging 5th Wheel. Chos!
It is also pretty during the night. But were not able to swim the night before because we arrived too late and the pool is already closed for swimming.
They have several swings if you want to relax and enjoy the view, at the same time, they are too beautiful not to have photos with it. Sayang yung binayad sa resort, kailangan sulitin. Hahaha!
The resort has several pavilions where you can relax, unwind, or chill. You can also have you breakfast, lunch, or whatever meal of the day it is. It is Japanese-style and you need to Indian-sit to reach the table. Bawal sa may rayuma sa tuhod. Hahaha!
They have this larger pavilion where you can host events like wedding, debut, or whatever. It can also host a small group reception.
The best part of the resort is the kawa hot bath with its own faucet to refill it with water. They have 2 kawa but we did not bother to get it on fire because we might be charged for additional cost and at the same time, we just wanted to take a photo with it. Hahaha!
